A transfer of securities is always handled between Banks/brokers. If your demand has been given to your local agency, they will have to pass it on to the head-office. They will contact our back-office and exchange the necessary data for the transfer. The best way to find out if your demand is being handled is to check with the bank/broker who is sending the securities. As soon as we receive your securities, we will put them directly on to your account. - How long does a transfer of securities take?
