You can order a new Keytrade ID via the website. After introducing your logon (username) and password, you have to block your old Keytrade ID. You can do this by clicking on Home > Preferences > Passwords > Keytrade ID. Then, you can order a new Keytrade ID on the next screen.
You can also request a new Keytrade ID by completing the following document “New Keytrade ID application form”. Complete and sign this document and return it to us together with a copy of your identity card or passport by fax on the number 02/679 90 00 or by post at the address:
