  The principle of a “margin account” at Keytrade Pro is completely different from the principle of a “trading account” at Keytrade Bank:

  • A “margin account” is used as a guaranty for all the positions taken on the Keytrade Pro platform.

  • On the other hand, a “trading account” is used to buy and sell securities.
  Such a large difference between these two accounts explains why they need to be completely independent.
